I've tried to give this establishment many chances as its the closest BW3 to my home, but they are consistently disappointing.
Ill take my business elsewhere until a change occurs.
Never had a problem from here till today when my daughter left her sweater and we realized about 20 minutes after we left so we went right back to get it for them to say they couldn’t find it. I wouldn’t blame employees normally but since there were only like 4 other people but us in there I don’t think another customer took it. Not happy! It was a little girls sweater not anything special but she loves it and it would have been nice to get it back.
