Paid $15.50 for a burrito bowl, they were out of lettuce and out of forks! Hard to feel like it’s a good idea to eat at a restaurant that can’t manage to order the necessities.
I had a to go order, but if I had been eating at the restaurant I would have sent it back. The brown rice in my dish was so hard & inedible I almost broke my teeth. On top of it, while there were a lot of employees around, they honestly seemed oblivious & no compassion to help the only guy who was left their own taking in a lot of orders and he looked like he needed help. Only good thing I have to say is the steak was cooked very well.
Chipotle is by far the best option for fast-food in the marketplace today. The service was terrible, not because of the person, but because of the lack of employees. One person had to handle all.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a variety of tasty food, including the Al pastor chicken with a nice kick. The staff are friendly and generally provide fast service. Customers appreciate the fresh and delicious quality of the food, even late in the day. While some feel portions could be larger, the restaurant has plenty of vegetarian options and allows customers to customize their meals. The atmosphere can be a bit dark, and at times, tables may be dirty with overflowing trashcans, especially near closing time. Despite these issues, the employees do their best with orders and customer service, creating a positive experience for many visitors.
