NEVER AGAIN. My food was freezing cold when i received it TWO HOURS LATE, not even sure why it took two freaking hours when i live a mile away. My order was incorrect and was missing two items that i paid for. No one will answer the phone to REFUND me for items left off of paper receipt but paid for and on electronic receipt. Complete disappointment.

Ordered our food, watched them give our table away after being sat there by waitress when i walked my daughter to the restroom. I had already paid for and tipped my waitress $10 when we ordered food at the counter. They got another table for us, we waited and then waited some more. After 45min i asked for a refund which they gave but did not bother to refund the tip. So basically i paid $10 to watch people who came in after us, order their food, eat and leave.

This place is a perfect example of somewhere that could be great, if they changed everything around how they operate and leave the food as is. It doesn’t matter if you dine in or take out. They can be mean/rude for no reason. They will mess up your order and then “kind of” fix it (e.g. Give a fully dressed burger when you order plain and correct it by just pulling everything off, leaving smears of sauce and other things everywhere). You listen to the workers argue and bicker constantly to each other. You’ll go in for the 24/7 breakfast and then they’ll tell you they can’t make breakfast. Then, when you pay for your non-breakfast, you can watch them flipping eggs and pancakes on the grill. You can watch the workers consistently grab French fries while they “check on your order.” You can place to-go orders online and wait for two hours. We gave them multiple tries, but eventually gave up. We only went this last time because we had a certificate given to us. There’s a real opportunity for a competitor to open up nearby and take advantage of the shortcomings of this business.

I went to Burger Girl for my mother, the Lady that took my order was so uninviting. I almost wanted to leave, I gave her my order and she was a driest waitress I've ever had to deal with. So , as I was sitting waiting on my mothers food , I decided to order something else. Another lady was at the counter that was so inviting and so polite and so nice. I told her about the other worker and she apologized. But she shouldn't have to apologize for someone else. Food was great . But the african american lady was not inviting and should not be working at a counter.

I gave them 2 stars because of to go issues. the food is good just make sure you check your order before you leave of it you have it delivered. Seems they have a problem getting them right. almost every time I use either service something is missing. the food is really good just to go issues. They just need to check them better.

Cool atmosphere. Open all night/24 hours, this is probably the best option for all night dining in Louisville. Food is decent overall, the cheeseburger is really good, fries are just average, the club sandwich is good. Service can be great or frustratingly below average depending on who is working.

Went in for takeout ,just ordered seasoned fries and orings. Waited an hour and got orings and breakfast fries.

Thought this would’ve been a great place to take my girlfriend and save money.. I was wrong. Not only did we have to sit at a dirty table, when we asked for our drinks all I wanted was a water and I didn’t even get that to nearly 20 minutes later. My girlfriend got a strawberry milkshake and that came out way quicker. I ended up getting the chili cheese fries, and they were not good to be honest. Way over spiced and barely even had any fries. Anyways overall, I say this place is overpriced for the experience and quality you get. Never in my life have I nearly spent 30$ on a shake, a burger, and fries.

We wanted to love Burger Girl. The first time we went there was in the evening on a Friday night. We expected it to be busy and were willing to wait a bit if needed and sat at the counter. The guy who waited on us was new. There was one other person waiting tables and the counter. The kitchen was a little slow and the waiter overwhelmed. The other person serving was a lady and she left for a while. I think she said they ran out of something. Our waiter struggled to keep up and lack of experience and a busy dining room were just too much. Tables were not cleaned, drinks were not filled, and orders sat a bit before being delivered. When our burgers came they were excellent. We chalked it all up to being an off night and resolved to come back.We tried again for a late lunch during a less busy time on a cold Friday. Not very busy at all when we came in. The dining room to the side was empty so we sat down in there but it was so cold we moved back into the main dining area. The empty table needed bussed and the counter could have used a wipe down. After a while we asked the only server if the table could be cleaned and if we could sit there. She was not very happy but she cleaned off the table and we sat down. It took awhile to get our order and a long while to get our food. The burger was good but the overall experience was not good. The server was virtually non-communicative and the restaurant was pretty dirty (especially the floor).Bottom line the burgers are good but the overall dining experience is pretty unpleasant and we will not be back.
