Completely unsatisfied. The impossible burger is overpriced as all get out. Almost $20 for two people. Cashier was out of pennies and actually asked if he could short our change. LOL Really? Your drawer stays prepped at all times. If you’re short, always round up! The customer never loses money, YOU do.

The experience I had today at lunch time was the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, the cashier never spoke to us , getting ketsup was a major ordeal. The pump didn’t work for the ketsup , said no packets were available, flying tiny bugs are all around the coke dispenser , dining room was messy, staff was disorganized. I will never return. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes for coffee to be ready, and to get the 2/4.00 croissant I had to have cheese and egg. Ridiculous.
