I am deaf blind customer and I tried to access to the lobby at this location for last four days now and I felt violated by Them because it's against American Disability Acts law. there were no lobby closed sign on door but telling me to go to other door and it's locked. I will try again tomorrow to see if lobby is open or not then I will file complaint with the company tomorrow. #Americandisabiltyacts

i was “that” person tonight. pulled up to the drive thru speaker and sat for 5 minutes. after a couple of other cars pulled in behind me, I pulled to the pick up window. she tried to wave me on but I sat til she opened the window and explained there were only 2 people there and they’d received a “text” instructing them to go home. I understand that decision but suggested a sign on the speaker would be helpful so others don’t sit there like idiots waiting for someone...read full review
