I got a 5 piece French toast not a 3 piece and I asked for another syrup so I’d have 2 instead of 1. They said $0.20 for another thing of syrup. Like how does that make sense? I’m sorry but thats really ridiculous. I won’t be back.

Every time I go to this BK they tell me I need to have exact change. Having exact change should NOT be my problem! I could maybe understand this once but it happens over and over and over again. It’s ridiculous for fast a food restaurant to not ever have change. If they take exact change from everyone then they should have change to give…….right? Sounds like a management problem to me! Come on BK you make my burger “My way”, I should be able to pay “My way”!!!

First I asked for a fish sandwich but without any time late I asked her to change from fish to spicy chicken sandwich. She yelled at me and said fine pull to the window, when I pulled over she gave me this racist look and handed me my order. The onion rings were good and the drinks are good but the sandwich is awful, the bread went bad and the sandwich was not hot.
