A Must-Visit Every Time I’m in Louisville!

Catalina Chicken is hands-down one of the best dining spots in Louisville. I had the half chicken (dark meat) with green beans and a side salad, followed by a bowl of their chicken noodle soup—and every bite was packed with flavor.

The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the green beans were fresh and well-prepared, and the salad was crisp and refreshing....

Ordered 1/2 chicken with Cilantro lime rice and corn. It wasn't at a prime meal time and it was delivered by GrubHub. The food was pretty good. The chicken was on the dry side but that could have been because it was delivered. It is plenty of food for 2 meals for me so the value is good.

The food is really good but after discovering this place and going here maybe 5 times, every time I'm in Louisville, I don't think I'll be returning. I travel to Louisville from a nearby city to work on my project vehicle and when I'm done I clean up but still look like I just came from working on a car so I place door dash carryout orders.
