What can I say, I always leave a tip because they're very good. Friendly and quick.

20 minutes before they closed and they refused service saying they were closed.

I will Never stop at this Charley's Ever Again. 1-Not 1 employee speaks English ! 2-Food was OLD & nasty ! 3-Staff was not only Nasty to me But 2 people in front of Me. 4-Restaurant was unclean ! As a matter of Fact I won't eat at any location because of my experience !!!

The rudest most disrespectful workers ever!! I’ve worked In the mall for 3 yrs and they are nasty all the time!! The attitudes because the lack of English they know is unacceptable! I tried to call the manager but it’s like a family thing going on so I can’t get any justice !! Charged me twice for a meal and refused to give me a refund and tells me she will not serve me or anyone that has ever been seen with me

For a mall food court restaurant, I really like the food here! It's always really good and worth the cost. The people are very friendly.

Went with my daughter and we had the loaded fries and kids chicken strips and fries. I enjoyed my loaded fries and my daughter ate all her food. Which rarely happens.

A woman before me and my fiance was calm but upset because her order was wrong. She requested they hold the lettuce because she's allergic to it. She brought her sandwich to the cashier, who refunded the lady her money. Before she did that, the customer told her several times she wanted her order but done as she requested. Cashier ignored her. A coworker who's been on the phone entire time is not paying attention to her orders. After the lady grabbed her change, the on the phone coworker threw condiments at the customer. So rude and nasty!! My fiance and I witnessed it and low and behind, my fiance told cashier hold the lettuce. Coworker who seems glued to her phone serve my fiance a sandwich with lettuce!!! Although she was upset and speaking something in Spanish, my girls order was made right. Food isn't all that and customer service sucks!!! Don't waste your time!!!
