Worst. Confusing. They had to reference the screen to ensure I wasn't lying about ordering a drink and a side of ranch. The staff made it obvious I was inconveniencing them rather than the reality of them inconvenience us. NOT recommended. Never again.

I ordered 2 chicken cheese steaks from this place. They didn't put the lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, or mayo on my sandwich so I was left with a dry sandwich with only chicken and cheese. The people here are just lazy. Don't order here.

Can't customize a sandwich on the ordering screen. The employee could easily take my order but its screen only. Three employees doing nothing... no way to customize orders... no thanks.

I come to the mall JUST for Charley's!!!! I was sooooo excited when we moved here from Wisconsin to find out there was one so close! 😍😍 The chicken teriyaki is my favorite, but I'll even make the trip just for THE BEST strawberry lemonade!!

Save your money and get literally anything else. The portions for this place are just SAD! The flavor was good and so was the bread but it just was so little the quantity you get for the money. I asked for mushrooms twice! They remade my sandwich and still messes it up. Manager lady is useless. The guy on the grill also useless. Skip this place and go to the gyro place. Check out my reviews to see what they served us. Soo good and so much for the money.

Chicken Philly was extra salty... fries were decent not great...my melted cheese for the fries was watery ...prices outrageous for such a dissapointing meal

Even in the mall one of the best cheese steak subs I have had in a long time,and ima fat guy so I know food!!!

I really enjoy the food that comes from Charley's Cheesesteaks...most of the time. The more you go you'll realize your experience and quality of food is different everytime. Some days you can go and get a REALLY good Philly cheesesteak and some days you get a poorly put together sandwich that hardly tastes like what it's supposed to be.

One person I really enjoy seeing there is Tony. Tony is very kind and funny. I'm a regular and he has remembered my order.

One person I do not enjoy seeing there is the older woman with glasses. My experience today from her was laughably bad. The person in front of me didn't get to put in her order until the employee was done with her phone call she was taking in the middle of the kitchen. Then, she forgets to give the lady her drink until the lady had to remind her.

Then it was me and my coworkers turn. As she was still talking on the phone she was getting ranch for wings that my coworker ordered. Thankfully my co worker checked her bag because the lady did not put a lid on the ranch she had just put in the bag! The poor cooks had to re-cook the whole meal because of her mistake.

Who would've thought that being on the phone and working with customers wouldn't mix well.

Older woman that works there is incredibly rude and comically dramatic. The staff knew what they were doing. They were all polite until she stepped in and started being rude to them and us. Nobody had complained or questioned anything. There were only two orders. I, my husband and the other staff told her which order was ours but she was on one AGAIN and wouldn't take anyone's answer but the cashier. This isn't the first time I've seen her rude to her coworkers and it always makes things move so slow. Last time was the final straw, I feel sorry for the people she works with. It's not worth the headache to deal with her.

What happened to this place? It used to be really good. Got it tonight and I had to toss away a 20 dollar meal. The best thing I can compare it to is expired equate steak ums on stale bread.

I’ll say I had no issues with the staff. No complaint in service, just the food quality is very sub par now.

I used to recommend this place but unfortunately I can no longer do so. Try something else in the food court.

It's alright. Beef was slightly dry and cheese sauce is your generic salty cheese sauce.

Had the Philly cheese steak flavor was good sandwich was kind of soggy and small for the price this was in the food court at St. Matthew mall. Not a bad stop but could be better just my opinion some of the toppings I had requested weren't added but it was decent.
