So my mom swears by rolled ice cream! She had it when she was on vacation in Miami. She was so excited to see it here in the middle of the mall. She loves this stuff! I'm dairy free so she is the reviewer here. Fresh fruit on top too. It looked amazing. It is pricey but she said it's so worth it. It's pretty neat to see how they make it. The line was super long and the process takes some time to get your ice cream.
I guess it doesn't really make sense to eat ice cream while the outside temperature is well below freezing but when I read about this place, I had to try it and I became one of those people (no judgement here :). This style of ice cream is called rolled ice cream or Thai stir-fried ice cream (supposedly that's where they came up with this preparation method).
