I had the steak jerk wrap and it was FIRE! Gotta get it toasted, it adds that extra ZING! Great flavor, perfect heat level, super nice service! I’m excited to try everything else on the menu! Just a heads up you gotta call your order in, but they’ll bring it right out to your car, it’s great!

As a chef, you know I'm always searching for incredible food, impeccable service, and ambiance that makes you want to return! I was in Louisville,KY, for 502blackeatsweek.com, and it has been a joy. Todays adventure was Chicago Jerk Tacos... nope, I didn't get tacos, but the jerk Alfredo chicken pasta was on point. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The shredded chicken was tender, flavorful with a great aroma. The presentation was great for a to go meal. Sauce could have been thicker, but it didn't lack seasoning. The highlight was the young man who took my order. It's Togo only, and he saw me sitting outside there for a few minutes (I was trying to order online). He came wi5h a warm greeting asked me my order and said, "Pay me when I bring it back." He had a great spirit. Salute to this black owned business. Chef approved.

Being from Chicago I just had to have some J*** Tacos. For making the hour-long journey it was worth it. Now my biggest grip is that there is no inside dining but it's understandable while restaurants are transitioning.We pulled in front and used their code to get to the menu that has a lot of options. While doing that one of the employees came to the car took our order and gave us instructions for our next visit.The food came out promptly in less than ten minutes. They even added some bottled water which was awesome because it was hot outside. So the service was great.The food also was delicious; not too spicy and not overly sweet. With fresh vegetables, chips and salsa. My wife had this for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it.I'd recommend again and if you are wanting to eat somewhere nice the river front is only another ten minutes away. Where you can picnic.

We walked over to place an order at the door just before closing. The person who took our order (the owner?) was very nice and helpful. He told us the menu on the outside of the building is out of date, but the online menu is accurate, and offered some recommendations. We got some j*** chicken tacos and nachos and they came out pretty quickly. The tacos were an order of three,served with sour cream, chips, and salsa. The nachos came in a smaller box, but there was a good amount of food with that as well. The flavors we're so good and we really enjoyed everything--would totally order again if we come back to the area!
