This used to be my favorite chick fil a. The last few times I’ve visited it has been impersonal and the atmosphere isn’t inviting at all. The lobby feels small and taken over by catering supplies. It feels more like a factory than a restaurant. The food is sub par and the wait time is ridiculous. We stopped by last week and decided to go to another chick fil a because we felt uninvited. I don’t believe I’ll ever return to this location.
Great food and great atmosphere.
Did not feel like it was their pleasure to serve me. They seemed bothered in fact. I’ll Pass next time.
