Some of the greatest service I ever receive. They are so consistently helpful and go above and beyond. Specifically grateful for the gentleman who prepares the beverages and the lady who calls out the orders and passes them out. They are always so amazing every single time.

We went here twice while at the hospital ? for lunch. Nyesha was an excellent expeditor. She really kept orders flying out. The food as always is excellent. I had chicken ? nuggets with chick fil a sauce and waffle fries?.

This location is an embrassment to the entire company. You'd think you were in a stereotypical fast food place rather than the well run establishments people talk so highly of. Twice I have been in here and witnessed arguing and cursing among staff. I've had co-workers waiting a half hour for orders with no explanation. The last visit a member of the staff was going to place food that had been returned back out to be redistributed for another order! When he was stopped by his co-worker, he cussed them, quit on the spot and took the food for himself. To top it off, my bag came with a nice hairball in it. You can't make this stuff up.Think twice if you work downtown and craving Chick-Fil-A all I can say.
Service was good and polite as usual. The food not so great.Asked for crispy bacon and no tomato on a chicken club sandwich. Ended up with uncooked bacon and tomatoes. The chicken breast was about half the size as they use to be.Haven't tried this location in a while due to a previous bad experience. I either just had 2 bad luck visits, or this location or corporate have changed their mission statement on the quality of food. It's a shame being this is the closest one to me. Not sure if I can get a 3rd time in the future.

The service was the best they could with what they had to offer, however the state the food was absolutely horrible. Pink chicken!! Pink chicken, seriously? To top it all off there was a bug in the salad. If you think you should eat at this specific location, THINK AGAIN! When I tried to call the number linked on Google it was for a Au Bon Pan. Save your money and your life. PINK CHICKEN?

Service was great!! However when I received my food! As I opened my bag to eat my food I noticed a bug in my salad!Was not pleased with that! After that I lost all appetite for the food. I tried to call but the number they had on the site was inaccurate!
Its actually one of the best chicken fila I've ever visited food season well great service. Only bad thing it closes at 2 p.

Our order was wrong. They were out of diet dr. pepper then mixed up our drink orders. It was super busy with a very long wait time. Food was not as well done as the other Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area. Disappointing and expensive.
