Didn’t realize until I left that I was missing a large fry order. Tried calling them and the phone number listed online is out of service and since the order was placed through the grubhub tablet there is no way to get a refund. This is the second time this happened to me at a UofL chick fil a

The food is also excellent, with popular items like chicken nuggets with Chick-fil-A sauce and waffle fries. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious menu options, including a highly praised chicken biscuit sandwich with cheese and bacon, as well as oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that customers have become "addicted" to. However, some visits may be marred by long wait times and mistakes with orders, but the staff's efforts to keep up with demand are notable. The restaurant has good wheelchair accessibility, with handicap parking, wide doors, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. Parking is typical for a fast-food establishment, with spots usually available.
