Recommended my group to go there before s movie because I wanted to try it the pretzel bun. Ordered online and ate in. Got everything but the pretzel bun that was clearly on the receipt even. Everyone what had their food and want going to make then wait for me to just get a bun exchange or new sandwich so didn't bother anytime, but was disappointed.

Worst Chick Fil A that I’ve experienced! This location has bad tasting food from the fries, freezer burnt ice and always getting your order wrong! Drive past this one if you’re nearby and go to another location!

I pulled up into one of the two drive-through lines and the drive-through worker was rude to me and told me I need to pull through the line because that was the mobile order line. I had not seen a sign for this pulling in. I had to wait for 15 minutes in line as I was completely blocked in on the drive-through line. I pulled around to see the sign and it’s a tiny sign on the roof as you’re pulling in, that was very hard to see and not obvious at all. I went inside to speak with a manager and he said it is per policy. They will not take an order in the Mobile order line. I told him that sign was too small and after waiting this long they won’t get my business.

Very welcoming, greated me as soon as I walked up. Very well mannered young man took my order. Welcomed me to the area because I told him I had just helped my brother move in just down the street. Food was great, fries were hot and fresh. The manager even complimented my shirt. Definitely will be going back when visiting my brother.
