I have gone through them twice on Door Dash and both times they have left out my kids meal. The manager refused to give the meal to the dasher who went back to the store. The dasher went over and above but the Manager at this ChicFila failed today. So much for customer service! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!
ORDERS are incorrect and they will NOT make it correct!

I ordered the Maple Bacon Sandwich with a grilled fillet and literally got a plan grilled chicken sandwich.

February 2023

Went through drive thru tonight before our hour drive home. We usually have no issues here but tonight was the game changer. Half of our order was apparently given to someone else. We tried to call to alert them, but no one would answer the phone. We were too far to turn back once we noticed the bag seemed light. We will not be back to this location.
