Chick-fil-A has really perfected the art of the efficient drive thru! It's a rare day we have to wait more than a couple mins before we're getting our food and on our way (though I suppose ordering ahead in the app helps, too!) Staff are always friendly and I appreciate that they ask if you want to add or change anything cos I've been known to have a last minute brownie craving on more than a few occasions. At busy times of day, parking lot can be a dumpster fire, but that's not really the restaurant's fault imo...just impatient and hungry drivers!
Vegetarian options: Veg-friendly options are mostly gonna be sides and dessert (ie: nothing super protein dense), but that's kinda to be expected at a chicken focused restaurant, imo.

The food is great, absolutely worth the higher price for the quality and great treatment of the staff. The place is clean and staff is friendly and fast.
We love bringing our child to the play place too, especially on rainy or cold days.
Kid-friendliness: The play place is a hit and it's sectioned off so kids can't run around freely and parents can keep an eye on them easily.

This location almost always forgets something in my order. Ordering in person isn't as big of a deal because if anything is missing I can ask before I leave. But EVERY time I order from this location for delivery something is missing. Ordered tonight and didn't get either of the two dressings for my salad (which are listed on my ticket on the bag, guess nobody saw that?)-- who wants to eat dry salad? Maybe y'all don't care as much when the customer isn't actually there but please pay more attention to people's orders!

In my opinion this is the worst chick fillet in the city. I am not surprised their business is down. The cost of eggs is two dollars higher than other chick filets. The customer service is average at best. On New Year’s Eve I pulled into parking lot and was told it was closing and the employee put cones in front of my car. No one was behind me and two other cars in line. One more order would have not hurt anyone. I will ever eat again at this location.

Went through drive-through today everybody told me to Chick-fil-A had changed their chicken and I got a sandwich what was warm and a large sweet tea which was colored water and the chicken just wasn't the same so everything that they were saying was the truth it was cut real real real thin Very disappointing. Chick-fil-A was always good always hot and always a good size piece of meat
