This is getting to be the standard from every chic fi la I order from, over cooked and order short. I ordered 30 got 27 unless you count the crumbs in the bottom. Your pictures show nice big bit size nuggets, what you get is “over” cooked small (tiny) bits. Tried to post picture but noplace to them.

I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A ,but this one is not my favorite. I live extremely close to I this location so I visit it 5 times a week at minimum. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out of at times. They are always busy but handle that great with a smile and speedy service as expected!

Nya the lady at the Chick-fil-A drive thru standing outside dumped the food on top of me . Never apologized and was smiling while happening. I asked for a bigger bag so I could just dump the food on it and she hands me a small bag after me asking for one because she never offered one … I told her the bag was small could I have a bigger one and she proceeded to look at me with a nasty face ( I can just moved them half and half ) the other bag was completely broke there was no half and half I just needed something to dumped everything that was on top of me at once because it was a lot . She turns laughing and ignored me as I explaining that it broken and it wouldn’t fit. I told her I didn’t need the bag … I dumped the food on the passenger seat I ask for my drinks multiple times with a please and she continues to ignored me. All I ask was for a big bag never disrespect her … very very unprofessional behavior from her and how sad that you go to this places thinking that they treating you with respect and they act like McDonald’s employees

One of my favorites! Service is always friendly, polite, and efficient. Facilities are always clean. My only complaint is that the area where this location is stays crowded, so getting in/out of the lot can be challenging, but thats beyond the control of the restaurant.

This place is losing the reason people talked so much about it, food is not as great as it used to be. Customer service isn't the worse but has dropped off over time. Eventually it will just be another fast food restaurant, that'd not open on Sundays.Features: We did not wear our mask ! Covid is over thank God.
