I recently tried Chicken Salad Chick, and while the variety of chicken salad options is nice, I found the food to be lacking in flavor. The concept is great, but the seasoning was missing that extra kick. If you’re looking for something light and basic, this place might suit your taste, but for me, it just fell flat in terms of flavor. I’d still give it another try since the menu has potential, but some improvements in seasoning would go a long way.

I love Chicken Salad Chick. I was so excited when I found out there was one coming to Fern Creek. Unfortunately I couldn't wait in line for the free meals a year ago due to my aunt's passing. They have been here for a year and I swear they NEVER get my order right. To the point of having to call to make sure they put my extra dressing and toppings in for my broccoli salad because it's always so dry or make sure you put the right chicken salad in the bag. I ordered a piece of cake and found a piece of plastic in it. Make sure you check it before you leave.
Just saying. As much as I used to love it, I'm done.

I really wish they had their ingredients listed online. I got the Classic Carol chicken salad and it was good, buuuuut there's high fructose corn syrup in it. Very disappointing

This place is always so clean and fresh . The staff is always very patient and kind. Lilly helped us choose just what we wanted. She is so smart. The young man that made my sandwich (Dakota) created a culinary masterpiece. I took a pic of it and put it on my insta.
