Crumbl Cookies in Fern Creek is everything. The cookies are soft, melty, and warm, hitting just right every single time. The staff is sweet as pie, very nice and friendly, and makes customers feel like they just left grandmas house. The employees are very accommodating and professional. This location always has all the cookies in stock. A first-time visitor was suggested the brownie batter cookie and fell in love. The shop is clean and friendly. However, some customers are disappointed when they only get 1 cookie instead of the expected 2. The cookie boxes often have icing on the outside and crumbs everywhere, and the floor is starting to be really dirty. Despite this, the excellent cookies and amazing service keep people coming back.
