I used to love this place however sadly, I will not return. The service is slow and unfriendly. The store is dirty and the restroom is gross. The ice cream was freezer burned. So sad to see this store decline so much.
They don’t have a menu with the prices displayed, or prices anywhere that I saw other than discounted pie. I just bought these cake balls, and they were not in the display case, They were on the back counter, look at the ridiculous size difference, they have no quality control because this is not the first time I’ve gotten like a cookie and one is small and one is giant, all for the same price. $10 for these 4 cake balls

I ordered a cookie cake from the fern creek location and they did not disappoint! The cake turned out awesome. Brittany, store manager, and her baker, Makayla were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond for us and we are extremely happy with our results!! We will definitely be going to them for our future orders!!!
