I feel like they used to be really good and just continually went downhill to the point that I don't like anything there.

I ordered a cookie cake from the fern creek location and they did not disappoint! The cake turned out awesome. Brittany, store manager, and her baker, Makayla were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond for us and we are extremely happy with our results!! We will definitely be going to them for our future orders!!! Thank you guys so so much!!I wish I could post the picture I took of this awesome cake, but no option to add photo..

I used to love this place however sadly, I will not return. The service is slow and unfriendly. The store is dirty and the restroom is gross. The ice cream was freezer burned. So sad to see this store decline so much.

They don’t have a menu with the prices displayed, or prices anywhere that I saw other than discounted pie. I just bought these cake balls, and they were not in the display case, They were on the back counter, look at the ridiculous size difference, they have no quality control because this is not the first time I’ve gotten like a cookie and one is small and one is giant, all for the same price. $10 for these 4 cake balls

I got the banana pudding and my wife got the strawberry cake. We both split each. Both were really good. The cake was really moist. We would definitely get them again.

I'm not particularly a pie or cake person but wanted something sweet and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did! The chocolate chess pie and chocolate chip pecan pies were delicious and did not disappoint! I got a kid scoop of creme brulee ice cream to cut the extra richness of the pie and it was just right-yummy... And they warn up the slice for you. Old time nostalgia at it's finest??⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a double crust apple pie. It had very little apples (filling), and a lot of crust. The pie filling was not very sweet. I was very disappointed in the pie.

This is the most average dessert place. Food is good, but with so many other dessert places in Louisville, I don't know why you would come here. The inside is kinda depressing and is not fun at all. The ambiance is not inviting and you would be hard pressed to enjoy a cup of coffee with dessert. By the way, they make their coffee from a Keurig machine! I don't recommend.

This place looks like it's going out of business. There was no one in there & there was hardly any product for sale. I remember this place being fully stocked and I wanted to buy everything, I struggled today. To top it off the girl helping us stopped everything to take a call from her mom in front of us! What??? Probably not coming back it was a disappointing visit.

Used to be one of my favorite places for dessert, but the price of a pie is now $27, more than double from a couple years ago. Sorry no pie is worth that.

Disappointed. Walked in, one worker just looked at us, didn’t say anything with her AirPods in. My husband said “hello” and nothing was said back to him, just blank stares. The other lady immediately said hello to the other people who walked in behind us and helped them. Literally the whole transaction the only thing that was said to us was “anything else?” And our total at the register. We sat down, the cupcake was dry and old, my pie was soggy and the pudding tasted box made. After we got our food the workers disappeared into the back. The one without the AirPods seems to actually be friendly. The restaurant was DIRTY. Seats/tables/floors had caked on food, dust was all over the window sills. The bathroom was awful too, I literally could see the pee on the wall/floor around the toilet and urinal. We try local dessert options every Sunday with our children. Needless to say we will not be back.

We have been ordering cakes from this location for many years and they are always very yummy and well done. However, here recently I have really been blown away by their over-the-top customer service. A few months ago I had placed an order for a birthday cake. I was told a price over the phone and when I went to pick it up was told that it would be a tad bit higher (apparently the person I spoke with when placing the order wasn't aware that the red velvet cakes were a little higher). I also had to wait a little longer than the pickup time I had told them. Without being asked, not only did they honor the initial price I had been given, but they insisted on giving me a free pint of ice cream of my choice AND I received a gift card to make up for the wait time (which was only about 10-15 minutes). I left being one happy customer...and I've already put the gift card toward another cake!
