Ate here at 5:30am Thanksgiving morning, and the service was the some of the best I've ever had, at any restaurant. The food was delicious, and served quickly, but the AGM Jamie and our server Renee were awesome, truly exceptional. Treated us as if we were old friends. And don't cost an arm and a leg, like I was prepared for. Great experience.
Yeah, that’s right, I’m giving Chili’s a 5 star! There’s not much here at the Louisville airport, but I knew exactly what I was getting and it met all my expectations! Is it a bit overpriced? Sure, but we’re in an airport. Are the seats and chairs a bit tight? Yeah, but again…airport! Plus they serve breakfast which was fine. All 5 stars are purely because the manager Jaimie went above and beyond for my friend and I. Our first server must have been waiting for hell to freeze over before she bothered to even grab our drink orders. But then.... in swoops Jaimie to grab our drinks!... And once again our original server waits for the cows to come home before she considers taking our food order. And yet Jaimie once again had our back. I have no concept of time and decided to try and order a Triple Dipper...
