The wait is forever and there were only 2 people in front of us. They need more help and also need to clean the tables that you eat at. Every table was dirty. Luckily I had a Lysol wipe in my purse so we could eat.
I wish I could rate this a zero service. I came through the airport around 4:45pm on Tuesday, February 13th and had the most horrible service. I waited at least 8 minutes for someone to come from the back to take our order and when she did come up front she was so unpleasant. She had AirPods in her ear so she couldn’t hear, nor did she speak clearly. Passed through Louisville airport twice in a week. First time service was incredibly slow and no milkshakes available (one of their signature items). A week later tried to get a cheeseburger and nothing but chicken available! Pretty
