Fast friendly service 😊❤️ coffee was smooth and fresh
After a short, but exhausting work trip to Louisville, I strolled into Chilis before an early morning flight and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Roxanne was welcoming, loved MY southern accent, and went above and beyond to take care of this tired, overworked, sleep deprived mama. Her warm conversation and attention was just what I needed to get me going and could not have appreciated her more! I will look for her every time I travel to Louisville.
I would have rated 4 stars but the inability to use Chill's app discounts here make this impossible. Also, Fajitas are served on plate instead of sizzling skillet that gets cold fast. I guess for airport food was not bad.
