The food was delicious and hot, and our server was the ABSOLUTE BEST! His name was Chris, he was new, and he was friendly, accessible, and very attentive---our glass was always full! It was refreshing to have that kind of service at a restaurant again---great attitude and work ethic! (And he was busy cleaning in between customers!) Yay Chris! Yay Chili's!

After a day of shopping, my wife and I took our granddaughters to Chili's at 3623 Bardstown Rd for lunch. Kristin was our server and she was awesome. Kristin was very kind to all of us and helped our granddaughters figure out the best options from their extensive menu. If you haven't had their "3 for Me" menu, I encourage you give it a try. After waiting 15 min without anyone acknowledging us at Tumbleweed, we left and came across the street to Chili’s.
Best decision, while Chili’s seemed to be busy and short staffed. We received excellent customer service and delicious food.
