Ive been to this Wendy's twice now after ordering online and waiting in the drive thru. I cant speak for the morning crew but I usually get food around 6ish after work and the staff is so damn friendly! They are always very quick, polite and the food has always been fresh! I'm gonna keep coming back!
Messed up my Breakfast order, biscuit was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. I took it back lunch time and asked the simplest request to just replace it with lunch, equivalent to the meal I purchased for breakfast. Manager was argumentative and failed todo so. Did not apologize for the inconvenience or anything! Very Ghetto I do not recommend!!! I will not ever go back also this situation occurred 5/11/26
The building looks nice from the outside, so I guess I expected the food to be of higher quality. The burger was cold and the cheese slice was hard. The fries were fairly warm and the drink was wrong.
