The food was great and our server was even better. Even with having to wait a little longer we were pleased with our experience.

Chilis continues to be a great option in the area. The restaurant is well maintained. Menu has a large variety and the food is always good. Service is generally great. There can be long waits at times, but that is generally on Friday and Saturday nights during the dinner hour.
Y'all this was a very positive experience. From the moment we walked in and was greeted, we felt completely at ease. Customer service and the food was easily 5 stars. Everyone that worked there were smiling and friendly. Food was hot and came out pretty quickly. Will definitely visit this location again! Bravo!

Servers like Rianna, Chris, and Kristin provide excellent customer service, ensuring glasses are always full and guiding customers, especially families, through the extensive menu. The "3 for Me" menu is a great value. Overall, Chili's on Bardstown Rd can provide a wonderful dining experience with delicious, hot food and attentive staff.
