Please….. DON’T go to this Wendy’s!!!! They might as well close down!!!! Service, terrible. No one was in there, young workers on their phones…. Waited, one looked and said nothing. Finally, it was the other one to take order. SMH. Placed order, got order, incomplete. Ask for my TOMATOES…… lady (cook) said NO TOMATOES!!!!! Pointing her finger and shaking her head NO. Wanted my money back…. Young guy went to back they opened the fridge…… WELL. There was a pan of tomatoes!! I could have said a few “inappropriate “ things. Ought to be ashamed…. No business, in business!!!

We ordered a really large order and Devonte was very patient with us. He even offered to repeat it back for accuracy and then he took the time to ensure everything was correct. As a big family it's very rare to have everything correct and nothing missing but that was our experience at this wendys. Thanks Devonte and the rest of the staff here today!

The woman who was taking the order was the most rude, she even yelled at me. They should hire less rude people for service and consider that I had to wait in the drive-thru for more than 12 minutes for my food. There was a long line. I will never go back. Bad service.

I went through the drive-thru to purchase a biggie bag I only asked for my food to be hot because the last time that I came it was warm instead of hot the customer specialist said okay that's fine I get to the drive-thru I pay for my food I pull off and my fries were extremely salty. Manager at the same very disinterested and my complaint made the salt over Haisley and handing me my food as if without a care in the world I do not appreciate this type of service when I'm giving you the money of asking price you're asking for for the service that I had in return was not official. Why is it that when a customer mentions anything about unsatisfied service the service that follows is horrible even worse then the initial service. Do better Wendys because Mcdonalds is right up the road.

Worst food I've ever ate burger's cold baked potato's weren't cooked broke plastic fork trying to take a bit!!! They were out of butter which they should have told me when I ordered. And they forgot the chicken nuggets even though I asked if everything was in the bag. This store should be shut down before someone get sick from under cooked food.
