It's a wonderful atmosphere, the staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. They were very quick with the food and the size of the food was great. Their prices actually matched the amount of food you would get. I would recommend to people if they want to eat out and not pay as much.
My sister had dinner here after her gender reveal. Let me say first of all coming from a server myself the service was honestly terrible. And I understand rush hour etc. but my sister waits over 2 hours for her food. Not only that but I had placed a take out order also including the 20%tip🤣 biggest mistake ever the staff wasn’t even the issue here the manger was. The male manager working February 1st at 9:42 was unprofessional and rude. Including when I called back today asking for my refund the next day. He got a nasty tone with me. I hope I see my refund within 7 days or I’m taking this to corporate. So unprofessional avoid this chilis location. Any other chilis I’ve been to have been good

I came with a party of 9 for my daughters birthday, I called ahead and was told that we can't make reservations. They also told me that If I called 10 minutes ahead of my arrival that they could confirm my seating. I called 10 minutes ahead and when I arrived they were not able to seat me. I told them that I had called 10 minutes ago, yet they still were unable to seat my party. I was told it would be 20 mins to be seated. We waited over 45 mins.

The food was served quickly however the lemonade was horrible. Service was ok considering there was only 1 person running the bar. It's hard to find and keep help from what I hear.
Waiter Jason was rude and had too yell for refills and and my order was wrong and feel like the waiter did not care either.

We haven't been to Chili's for years but wanted to try the Nashville hot cheese sticks and they did not disappoint! The two of us split the pick 3 appetizer and some southwest egg rolls for dinner and it was hot,fresh,delicious and reasonably priced. I also tried the Merry Margarita and it was the perfect addition to our snacky dinner. Loved it so much we are planning another trip this week!
