We dined at the Hurstbourne location for Valentine's Day and was not disappointed!! There were full vases of flowers on every table as well as a Valentine's balloon. The restaurant was so festive, then to add to the ambiance a strolling violinist was playing a beautiful love song. My phone died so there aren't any pictures of the delicious food. I placed an order over the phone tonight and when I arrived it wasn't ready. No big deal, the staff was so apologetic and they realized that my order was never entered into the system. The owner, Gustavo, was the one who had taken my phone call and greeted me when I walked in. He immediately took the responsibility, went to the kitchen to make my order himself then insisted that he buy my dinner. Great food, and good service. I'd like to highlight a different experience I had with them. I accidentally left my wallet Friday evening, and someone turned it in. I called and they made it super easy for me to pick up before they even opened, and properly vetted me to make sure it was mine. I really appreciate their effort and kindness.
