“Our 1st time to dine at this fine establishment. My partner and I had to speak to the Manager,Michael, because we have never had service and food at this excellent level before. From the wonderful hostess all the way through the end. The staff worked as a team and made sure every guest felt special and never neglected. Our server anticipated every need we had. The prices were reasonable and we will definitely return in the future. We have been to several restaurants throughout the country and this one by far was unbelievable great service.“

Just a hint I noticed outside dining maybe consider making it screened in. The Pork Loin, Prime rib, Salmon, broccoli, smashed potatoes, baked potatoes. And our appetizer was the Mexico City Spinach Con Queso with tortilla chips.

“Went to this restaurant for the first time with family and friends. It was a nice experience and we had a good time there. The restaurant is easy to locate.

Ambiance: It was great. The restaurant has two floors and having outdoor sitting options. The bar is captivating. The ceiling is very charming with nice rose decor. They have enough sitting options and, I guess, can accommodate more than 100-150 people easily.

Staff: Our waiter, Logan, was courteous and friendly. He was quick in taking our orders and bringing it. There were some modifications needed, and he entertained our request very well.

Food: We ordered various food items chicken fajitas, shrimp tempura, chicken wings, chicken salad, twilight fettuccine pasta, burrito etc.
The shrimp tempura and chicken fajitas were the show stealer with great taste. We ordered tempura shrimp second time.It was damn tasty with the sauce that comes with the order. I especially liked the way they presented chicken fajitas in sizzler plate under dome food cover.
Chicken wings was ok ok. There are limited vegetarian options. Overall the food is good taste and quantity.

We ordered some cocktails and cold drinks. Cocktails were kind of ok.

The menu items are well priced with a good quantity of food.

Was reluctant to go in because sea food restaurants with a drive thru are usually not great, and the place was pretty empty . But the food was great and so was the service. Personally, I order the Fish and Clams when I go, you dont have to order that but you're also entitled to have a wrong opinion of the best thing to eat, Perfect place for a 3rd date, would willingly fight a goose in the parking lot to get inside if I had to, inside its exactly what you would expect... old people taking up all the tables like some sort of early dinner club, I believe I was the only person not wearing geriatric tennis shoes out of all of my visits there. I feel like the restaurant is slightly misleading because they dont actually have whale on the menu, it seems like basic white fish, the same as the old people inside (basic and white). Overall have went, have returned and Lord willing will return again.“

“Ramsis has been one of our main "go to" restaurants for years. I've been going to Ramsis since the early 90s. The food is always flavorful and delicious. The menu has something for everyone.....whether you're vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore, or omnivore. I've had just about everything on the menu. I recommend the tortellini, salmon sonesta, crab cakes, and kushari, and pretty much anything else on the menu. Also....the banana trifle is a great choice for dessert.“

“The food was outstanding, mussels, tuna tartare, big eye tuna main, haddock main, and tres leche dessert. The wait staff seemed off. Very quick and rushed visits to the table. No discussion really from the main waiter. No overview of the menu, etc. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was no mention of it until he delivered the check. We appreciated the free dessert for celebrating, but overall the staff didn't do much to make our evening feel special. The host stand attendees were awkward. Hardly an acknowledgement when we arrived and nobody (3 people standing there) looked up as well left. We felt invisible to many of the staff. Not what we've experienced here before or what we expected tonight. Again, the food was amazing, the rest left us feeling strange.“
