Our Waitress was very nice and helpful in getting our gift cards...and we even met a very nice staff member, Stacy, on our way out!!! Was A Wonderful Day!!! Best Life Ever!!!“

“Came to LJS for dinner and it was quite the experience. We ate in the restaurant and the staff was totally unexpected. I ordered a shrimp rice bowl with no rice and the chef offered to prepare it with lemon and then they accommodated my lack of rice appropriately and unexpectedly. The people who took the order were very friendly and attentive and three different people checked on our experience while we were eating. Food excellent. Staff excellent. Recommended. Everyone who has finished eating and left (about 5 people) have rung the bell, and I will too.“

I ordered the kabob platter with rice and a side of their cucumber yogurt, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the rice was fluffy with just the right amount of saffron flavor. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the meal felt hearty but clean.

Service was efficient and friendly, and the staff seemed genuinely invested in making sure everyone had what they needed. The only reason I’m holding back from a full five stars is that the dining area felt a little cramped during peak hours, and it could get a bit noisy. Still, the food more than made up for it. Moby Dick is a great spot when you’re in the mood for something flavorful and satisfying without breaking the bank.“

I am from Florida and managed a seafood restaurant and this is by far some of the best tasting seafood I have ever ate. the shrimp boil was amazing, the cat fish had the best flavor and fried to a perfect golden brown crisps, the seafood tacos we good enough to slap your momma, shrimp and grits were full and taste with a Cajun twist, gator bites were perfectly cooked and the seafood Mac and cheese well let just say my dad doesn't eat mac and cheese at all and he said it was delicious... friendly staff clean atmosphere. will be coming back the next time we are in town.“

There were a couple of items on their in-house dining menu that changed; however, I made the adjustments and placed my order. James was my waiter; he was very attentive, and the manager, Ethan, came out and greeted me as well. I must mention the young lady who greeted and seated me, though I forgot her name; she pulled out my chair, made sure my feet were positioned away from the table legs, and pushed the chair back in. I ordered the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer; the shrimp were huge, cleaned well, tasty, and the red sauce was outstanding. I requested the Greek salad from the menu but was informed it was no longer available. I ordered the heirloom tomato salad instead, which was not yet on the menu, though James informed me it was a new item. I then went with the Ora King salmon, which stated it came with roasted carrots, broccolini, and a maple bourbon glaze. I was informed that the carrots and broccolini no longer come with the meal; however, I could order the broccolini as a side, which I decided to do, and I was not disappointed in the taste or texture. The salmon came with a sweet potato puree and roasted cauliflower. The meal included complimentary bread and butter, which was nice and warm when it arrived. I enjoyed my meal and the service and would certainly visit again.“
