Delicious food & drink. Chef's special ran out. Nice atmosphere. Asked for seating of nice river view outside or next to the window if uncomfortable outside weather. Quite hot & humid for the visit and was seated next to a window but not a good view. First time visit for anniversary celebration but was not acknowledged at all. Many other celebrations around us occurred. Not sure if will return, especially as it's at least a 2 hour drive.
Great restaurant and great staff, however too many flies in the restaurant. I felt as if I was too busy swatting flies and gnats to truly enjoy my food.
We were visiting from North Carolina and someone recommended them. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was delicious and our service was great. We will come back again

The restaurant is beautifully situated along the river with fantastic views. The food is amazing, and the waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. Guests can enjoy a fire pit to warm up the outside area by the river. The restaurant also offers complimentary dishes, especially during special occasions, making the experience even more enjoyable. While the food is generally very good, some dishes may have minor issues, but the staff is receptive and willing to make adjustments. The well-curated wine and cocktail list add to the overall experience. Overall, River House remains a top spot for a memorable and satisfying meal, with a warm atmosphere and a view that makes every visit special.
