I ordered food and had them deliver it only to have all my extra sauces dumped out in the bag. When I called restaurant they wouldn’t even replace my order. They wanted to give me a five dollar credit after spending $80 on food.

Let me start by saying the service was quick but the food was not good at all. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was some fried shrimp covered in thick batter. We had to throw it away. I also ordered the vegetables and rice in garlic sauce. Way too much sauce and I couldn't even taste the vegetables. I'm sorry but I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There is much better Chinese food in Louisville. I wasted my $40 because the food went in the garbage because that's what it tasted like.

Two orders was placed to the same address, so explain why two different drivers to the same place. First drive insisted that two orders was in one bag. So both orders was paid for.Upon searching the bag only one order was in side. And I had just paid a driver for my order that I did not get. So after some deliberating they set things right however by this time my food was cold. And AGAIN NO EXTRA DUMPLING Sauce. THAT I asked for not 1 or 2 however 4 to 5 times. I can not intrust China Cafe with dinner again. This is not the first time!!! Big Thanks to Michelle for calling Door dash and getting things fixed. She was super sweet an took care of it as fast as possible.
I did a pick up order today. When I ordered on the phone they literally didn’t want me to order more food. I was trying to be quick to say what I want because they kept telling me the total when I was midsentence. Then I pick it up and the sesame chicken is basically inedible. So tough and rubbery. The fried rice was bland as were the sweet donuts. The egg drop soup was okay. Kind of hard to mess that up terribly. The crab Rangoon was decent. Still searching for a good Chinese place that I like nearby.
Our favorite food to have delivered. Quick and very, very good. Jumbo shrimp and savory chicken dishes are our favorites. Great prices and really nice people. Thanks China Cafe!
