Downtown Louisville. Location and food was OK, however there was a homeless person inside making uncomfortable noises. Most of the tables were dirty and trash was full. The burrito artist had an attitude and didn’t like that I asked for “easy” hot sauce. It was at an off peak time and the place was empty except for the homeless person. Lots of trash and other homeless people outside. Such a shame for Louisville.

Went in at 1 PM! Almost everything on the bar was empty or completely dried out( they were still serving the dry food) and when we got our online order for our quesadilla, it was completely burnt!! to spend over $40 and get rice That’s as hard as rocks and the quesadilla that’s dark as night was very disappointing!!! Won’t be back to this location:(

This Chipotle was disgusting there was food everywhere everything was mixed and all over the counters ... it was not
There were four of us dining. There were about a half dozen people there dining in, and about 5 to 6 employees that I could see. They were working on a massive take out order when we got there, and it looked like they were still working on it when we left. In the middle of that order, someone helped us and we ate there. About half way through our meal, the person picking up the large order was there. I don't know what was ordered, but it must have been dozens of burritos, bowls, and salads. They assembly lined that order for probably an hour. I appreciate the sticktoittiveness of the crew!Vegetarian options: I primarily eat the beans, tomatoes, rice, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese.
