There were four of us dining. There were about a half dozen people there dining in, and about 5 to 6 employees that I could see. They were working on a massive take out order when we got there, and it looked like they were still working on it when we left. In the middle of that order, someone helped us and we ate there. The place was filthy. Papertowels and straw paper everywhere including the bathroom. Even the setup had food all over the place. It just didn't look in order. The food was good. Under the regular portion sizes but customer service was great, they were patient and informative! Maybe it was a bad day. I'll go again, because they clearly have regulars.

Downtown Louisville. Location and food was OK, however there was a homeless person inside making uncomfortable noises. Most of the tables were dirty and trash was full. The burrito artist had an attitude and didn’t like that I asked for “easy” hot sauce. It was at an off peak time and the place was empty except for the homeless person. Lots of trash and other homeless people outside. Such a shame for Louisville.
