Sway, located in the Hyatt Regency, offers high-quality food and attentive service in a beautiful atmosphere. Recommended dishes include the pork chop, cornbread, and the "magical" fried chicken. The bourbon list is impressive, with great bottles available to enjoy. While some dishes, like the spicy shrimp n grits, may not be exceptional, others, such as the hush puppies, stand out. The service can be slow at times, possibly due to the staff covering many tables, but the servers are friendly and food is served hot. Guests have enjoyed the bar experience, particularly noting the excellent bourbon selection and the engaging bartenders. Although the menu is limited and can be pricey, Sway remains a must-try for both locals and visitors who appreciate a lively atmosphere and quality service.
