I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and service given that this is in a hotel. I recommend the pork chop and the cornbread. Service was attentive throughout.

Spent the day before I was flying out of SDF here at the Hyatt Regency and when I went to the place that I had planned to have dinner and they were out of what I had planned to order so Sway was my Plan B. I had inspected the menu and figured I could make do and that was primarily what the meal was, a make do meal. In my opinion this is primarily a bourbon bar that serves food as an afterthought. Their bourbon list was quite impressive but if it had a failing, it was that they didn't have some of the newer offerings. Great bottles open that you can order a wonderful bourbon to try, that you can't find other places. I had the hush puppies and they were the stars of the evening. I also ordered the Kentucky charcuterie board and it was tasty but nothing outstanding. I ordered the spicy shrimp n grits as my main and it was nice but not anything to get excited about, Sway really hasn't changed their menu in years and it shows. Service was excellent and the room is beautiful.

I made reservations on open table. This place is not worth making reservations at for one the girl didn’t care that I had them. She asked me how many people and proceeded to sit me at a standard table and I reserved high table seating. The photos are also a lie. No candle lights . I felt like I literally walked into a hotel

Sway is hands down one of the best restaurants in downtown louisville. The fried chicken is magical and the mashed potatoes are to die for. We are always served by Fatima who is just an overall amazing server who makes us feel like family. Definitely a must try if you're a local or visiting the

Four of us visited Sway for dinner before a concert at YUM Center. It was within walking distance and I was able to make a reservation via Open Table. It was very crowded but they eventually came to seat us. The service was extremely slow but eventually we got cocktails and a KY sampler platter similar to a charcuterie board. It was really good. We each got a different meal, Fried Chicken, Shrimp n Grits, Sway Burger and Bourbon Sesame Salmon. The salmon is what I ordered and it was delicious! This place didn't break the bank at $64 for the two of us. I would recommend for the food, convenience and great bar.

Chef Gray, Fatou, Alex, and Michelle worked tirelessly together to create the most memorable birthday for my son. He was turning 7 and only wanted Sway for his birthday. He's been going there consistently since he was 4, and is always treated with kindness and respect. We have always loved sway, but we were not expecting the above and beyond level of service they provided for our son on his birthday. He felt like the most special person there! His food arrived hot and tasty, the whole order was correct and arrived in a timely fashion (as always) and chef came out to sing him happy birthday and delivered a Hyatt rubber duck for his collection! We will never stop frequenting this establishment, the quality of service and food excellence has remained the same, consistently, for the many years we've been going. Their vegetarian options are impressive and they have, hands down, the best fries in the city! Alex is always all smiles when we are there and Fatou has been our favorite waitress for 3+ years, she always takes care of us! We feel like family and always recommend Sway to new friends, old friends, and family!

This restaurant is inside the Hyatt Regency. Very convenient for hotel guests but skip it and go anywhere else. Restaurant is self described as "farm to fork" and I'm not exaggerating when I say I think they microwaved it all. Ordered eggs over medium and they were the consistency of a hard boiled egg. The bacon was so dry and tough. I have never seen bacon like this. It was yellow. Waffles tasted like toaster waffles. I wasn't expecting fine dining but McDonalds is better. Server attempted to meet my needs but was not aware of the different ways eggs could be prepared. Unpleasant experience, overpriced, left hungry.

Mixed drinks were the weak link here. But the rest of our time here was very nice.

We stayed at this beautiful Hyatt for a convention. We didn't eat here but we did utilize the bar. Kari was amazing to us and so personable. Her service reflects that she really enjoys her job.

Short staffed but service didn't suffer. Had the wedge salad and Nashville hot chicken sliders, food was great. No complaints and would eat here again.

Recently spent a week at the Hyatt and visited Sway numerous times. The staff (Trevor, Kari, and Alex) were amazing and my friend and I were always well taken care of! We ate at the bar a few times and the food was quick and delicious (seriously try the pimento goat cheese appetizer, it will not disappoint). We can not wait for our return visit next year!

Just a short walk from our hotel this was a great start to our day. The restaurant was not overly crowded and the staff was warm and welcoming! The Bourbon Bloody Mary and 3 Egg Omelet were delicious!
