The food is very bad in this place, cold, little food and very bad seasoning.
Only received 1 entree out of the 4 ordered. Didn’t receive chips and queso either. Don’t bother trying to call the number provided either because you get sent to a customer service line. Used to enjoy coming here but not anymore.

Unorganized chaos, laziest workers I've seen in a while don't waste your time stopping in
I’m sorry to even do this but everytime I go to this store they are out or things are cold . I went last night and they had no chicken no rice and no steak , no queso. They told us 20 mins and we waited for everything to be cooked. So we did. But still no steak. No brown rice. It’s crazy. Hopefully leaving this review will help management get it together. I love chipotle but this store is awful.

This Chipotle is terrible. They never get your order correct, even if you go in. The last order I put in online, when I got home none of the ingredients I asked to be on the tacos were put on the them, and the food was cold. The customer service is terrible, and for the price they could definitely do better. I’ll be ordering from a different Chipotle from now on.
They mess up 50% of our orders and that is absolutely no joke. They just don't care.

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle – Tiny Portions for the Price
We recently order Chipotle from Huber eat for my nephews and I have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had. We ordered a bowl, expecting the usual generous portions, but what I got was barely half full. The amount of rice, protein, and toppings was so small that it felt like it was being served a kid’s meal rather than a full-priced entrée.
If Chipotle is going to keep cutting portions while charging the same, they’re going to lose a lot of loyal customers. Very disappointing and not worth the money!

This is the worst ratings that I've ever given a restaurant! We spent $42 and change for two people to eat and have something to drink and a very small queso with a quarter bag of chips. I was so excited to try the beef brisket and so was my boyfriend. I asked them to make my bowl half chicken half brisket but he got complete brisket in his bowl. The brisket was the bottom of an old batch and they had a brand new batch coming up. I asked for the new batch and they told me it would take too long. The brisket had an overly sweet taste to it that I don't believe brisket should have. The rice and beans and cheese were okay but they told me it would be $3 to add a small blob of guacamole to the top which I felt was overpriced just like the queso and chips for about no more than you would get. I asked for extra sour cream and they covered my entire dish with sour cream that it was swimming in it. I forgot to take a picture of my dish. Then when we went to get our supplies they were out of napkins and most utensils and everything was very dirty including the table we sat in. There were six to eight workers behind the counter but no one attempting to clean or replenish the dining room. This was not my first time to Chipotle, but it will definitely be my last. Highly dissatisfied!

Restaurant closes at 10pm. 8:30pm and they are out of brisket , steak , queso. Not making any more for the night. Long line , no communication until you get to the front of the line . Awful experience again.

Horrible every single time. Bought a carnitas bowl with guacamole and it was filled with avocado peels inside. Almost cracked a tooth taking a bite. Will never come back to this or any other location, especially since I already contacted customer support and the only thing they said was they will be more careful next time. I spent $13.00 to throw food in the trash, but yeah they’ll be more careful next time. 3 consecutive times at this restaurant, always there is an issue. You guys think I have money to just waste like that? There will not be a next time
Last time I visit the fairly new location on bardstown close to cedar.springs. asked for pinto beans I ended up with black beans. They were thick and gluey.. lettuce was.not chopped neither was meat. I had to dump on plate and shread.meat and chop lettuce. It was tasty but not worth the extra effort nor the price increase from 6 months ago.

I came on Halloween day with a costume on to get the bowl for $6 and the cashier named Sumina check me out and she said rung me up for a regular $13 but if I had a costume on, Wouldn’t you think I want the $6 bowl??? And she didn’t bother to change the total!!!
The last two times we've been to this location, the food has been a bit sub par. They gave us a salad with 6 strips of lettuce and overcooked barbacoa.

The manager who was working tonight was amazing. She really helped when I was struggling with my children. Shoutout to all the crew as well. Food was delicious, place was clean, and environment was friendly. Being a GM myself, it was nice to feel welcomed and taken care of the way I would do myself. Good job yall.
