@ DRIVE THRU WORKERS. Send the customer taking longer than 5 minutes to the parking lot. Don’t make the other people behind them wait smdh. There’s currently 7 vehicles in line waiting on one person who ordered and got here early. Figure it tf out.

Super rude white lady with tattoos. No name tag so cant give name. But wont come back. Literally drove from radcliff to b able to get chipotle this was the WORSE experience EVER at a chipotle.

Not sure why we continue to give them a chance, every time we go there the chips are so stale. This time I asked my husband to try them before he left and he said they were awful once again. He told the employee and they said sorry that’s all we have we make them in the morning, if that’s the case they need to reevaluate because they shouldn’t be that stale every day for dinner rush.

So I ordered on the app and my order got canceled so I went to the store myself and the lady at the counter helped me and was so nice and she helped me she even remade my order and everything thank you so much!

I’m not sure what mood the girl that packs up your food was in. But she wanted to argue that the coke machine was fine because she “just checked it.” Lady. The diet tasted like watered down carbonated water. 🙄 i just left. I asked nicely, you didn’t have to come at me crazy.
But every time i go in there, it feels hostile. Today, I just have the time to leave a review. There are other jobs out there if you’re unhappy. Why do people get so bent out of shape when customers ask them to do something they are paid to do.

The staff needs to be taught the importance of when you start touching other things besides food, before preparing someone food, change your gloves. My daughter should not have to ask them to change their gloves.
