Menu is small, but "bourbon and the bird" sandwich was delicious. Great sauce and great texture/breading for the seitan chicken. The owner was funny and personable too. Very casual, order at the counter place. Updated from previous review on 2025-01-03

Was going to rate it 5/5 based on vibes alone but decided to wait to taste everything and it’s even better than I imagined. So friendly! The whole menu looks incredible. Got “The Bourbon and the Bird” with onion rings - super filling and so delicious! Great portions for the money. Will definitely be back.

If I had enough money where I could hire this man as my personal private chef, I would do it in a heartbeat. He’s in the back imbuing every dish with the kind of love and care that SpongeBob put into the patty that beat King Neptune in the grilling competition. My partner got the Hottville, I got the Classic sandwich and the Firecracker roll. We ate everything in record time, and left no crumbs or extra sauce. We can’t think of a single thing we would change - 100% perfection....
