Our food came out all covered in oil and was cold including the hash brown casserole. The manager on duty took care of one of our meals for us but she wasn't too friendly about it, she didn't seem to be concerned about the issue. It was disappointing for a Cracker

We always enjoy Cracker Barrel food, shopping! The new dill ranch is amazing!
It’s been 11 months since I’ve been here and now I remember why. Placed a takeout order at 8:51am and was quoted 9:15am pickup. Order said complete on my account at 9:10am. They were obviously short staffed so it was aggravating watching two ladies up front just standing around. Received order at 9:33am after a manager finally came out and got one of the standing ladies to actually go help customers. Wont be back.

Called once i got there and just now. Customer service is horrible, the lady that answered both times wasn't very friendly. I work at a restaurant and this is not how you run a business. Sat outside for my Curbside pickup that said would be ready at 11:40 am got there at 11:40 now it's 12:14 and still has yet to come out. Took them a total on 62 minutes to make 2 meals. Just wow.
