It was very busy, and they still got everything done as quickly as possible. The cashier lady even got hot coffee on her and was still pleasant as can be. Customer service is good, and they are a very reliable heine, I go there fairly often, and it is always consistently good!
Friendly staff! Chill atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The music playing was lame and non-controversial. I was able to charge my phone, which isn't always convenient elsewhere. I got the $5 berry smoothie, and it was decent. They have surprisingly flimsy plastic lids. When the barista asked me if I was cool with apple juice being in my berry smoothie, I wish I had said, "no." Their coffee is pretty good. It's not my favorite. But I prefer it over the overpriced coffee...read full review
