I love coming here! Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere! But PLEASE-whoever is wearing the patchouli, can you lessen the amount? The last few weeks I've been there, it permeates my coffee cup, my boxed water, my food bags! It is too much!

It was very busy, and they still got everything done as quickly as possible. The cashier lady even got hot coffee on her and was still pleasant as can be. Customer service is good, and they are a very reliable heine, I go there fairly often, and it is always consistently good!

Friendly staff! Chill atmosphere for hanging out with friends. The music playing was lame and non-controversial. I was able to charge my phone, which isn't always convenient elsewhere. I got the $5 berry smoothie, and it was decent. They have surprisingly flimsy plastic lids. When the barista asked me if I was cool with apple juice being in my berry smoothie, I wish I had said, "no." Their coffee is pretty good. It's not my favorite. But I prefer it over the overpriced coffee at Starbucks. I wish Heini Bros had a few more cold drink options in the summer.Parking: There's a drive-thru so there's usually parking available, including handicapped spots.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps or stairs. There's a sidewalk ramp. The front doors are not automatic. Disabled parking is near the entrance.

I always get great, friendly service and good drinks here. If you get, order and pay through the app, you can get points to redeem for rewards like food, drinks and items. If you want to pay with cash instead of card and still get points to your Heine Brothers account, just go to the store, order, tap the pay option on the app and scan the QR Code at the counter or drive thru.
Great coffee and nice staff - i use to stop here every Friday morning for a coffee but i stopped going because everytime i went ( 3 times that i can honestly admit to ) I’ve been shorted cash. I only pay cash for coffee and i never get a receipt to confirm my payment or change back so i started to ask what my due amount is before paying and then count my change and always get shorts 2/3 dollars.My last order i had two coffee totaling 11.64 , i gave a 20 - my change was 5 singles , a quarter and five Pennie’s.I knew it was a red flag when i got back alot of change that could of easily been condensed and no one gives out 5 ones until you’re trying to make it seem like you’re Giving back a bigger amount.That’s thief and i hope they read this - I understand a couple of cents with the customers knowledge but stealing dollars thinking i wouldn’t noticed is saddening. I have not been back since and decided to write this because who know how many people this is happening too !Edit : i called the store to inform the manager of my concern - not to complain but to raise awareness. The lady on the phone told me that there is not a manager on sight and she doesn’t know when she will be in the store ….Yeah 1 star and will never come back

Today is, Feb 9th 2023 at 10:50am. I bought 3 different types of coffee's from this location. Me, my brother and a friend tried them and they wasn't what we ordered. So we went back in to get our order right. The man and women working were rude about our drinks and then charged me more just to fix my order. I will never come back to this location and I would not recommend it to anybody else.

I absolutely give this place 5 stars and highly recommend. The employees are always great and the drinks are fantastic. I had been wishing for a dixie location for years and am so thankful for this little shop. I live near the Watterson and pass many coffee shops to get my drinks here.I get the toasted caramel cold brew + almondmilk + caramel. I also get the caramel iceberg. But have you tried their banana chaiberg?! Absolutely iconic. Best memories I have with my friends are tied to this drink and Bardstown rd.Again, hands down, most favorite coffee shop.
