The atmosphere is fine, and the beer is good, but the pizza is nothing special. All in all a bit too pricey for what you are getting. Our waiter was slow and very surly when we spilled a beer.

Its Oct and alot of activity in this area. People are piling up and service is a bit challenged.
I have been to other locations before and it was fantastic. This time it was a little lacking in food. Ordered a meatball sandwich and fries. Got the whole sandwich, but only 4 fries.

We come into craft house at 10:25 to sit down and eat a pizza the guy informed us that they would only do carry out only because they close at 11:00 but they had two guys sitting at the bar drinking alcohol
Went on a Monday, food was great (cheeseburger pizza Tom's way) Played trivia and had enjoyable evening.

Friendly service. Came on a Monday night and the whole place was practically empty. Ordered a baked lasagna with extra garlic bread. At first they almost forgot to give me my baked lasagna so when I reminded them of it they quickly apologized and started making my lasagna right away which was piping hot by the way. I have already tried their spaghetti which was excellent however I would most definitely come back again to try their pizzas.

I’m a HUGE fan of the pizza. However, I typically go to the Preston highway location. I have family in town this week for a funeral and was excited for them to experience the delicious pizza, great customer service and atmosphere that I’m accustomed to from the Preston location. The kenwood was more convenient for everyone so we decided to meet there at 7:30. We waited an hour and a half for our food and half of it was incorrect. At 9pm 2 of the 11 guest still hadn’t received their food. We waited too long for our checks. We were given the wrong tickets for food we didn’t order. Not sure if the place was under staffed or if someone quit but It was a horrible experience.
