FOR some reason this place just can't get it RIGHT! Called and ordered a large Craft House special pizza with half of no olives (THIN CRUST). The person that took my order even repeated my order back to me and it was correct! I got home my pizza was wrong and My receipt said (THINK CRUST).
and then when you call the business (Craft House Pizza) to tell them that your was wrong it was not what you ordered, They act like you're just trying to get something for FREE! I don't want anything for FREE I just want what I ordered TO BE CORRECT! Just make sure you check order before leaving!

The food was really great. I got the 10 in and it hit the spot. The service was a little slow but I don't blame the waitress I think she was waiting on half the restaurant.

Craft House is just an excellent pizza place all around, and I'm glad to see one in the Iroquois Park area! Right away, I noticed their impressive beer selection and tried both the Blondie and Clyde and the Glass Hefe Full (both are great if you like lighter, citrus-y beers).
I started with the wings as an appetizer. You only have two choices for sauce (Buffalo or BBQ) but the Buffalo sauce was delectable and the wings were served crispy and hot, right out of the fryer.
The pizza is also incredible, and very reasonably priced. I got a 12" pie with three toppings for roughly $15, which I don't think you can get even at the pizza chains. And you have to try the thin crust!
This is an excellent place to bring family and friends, and perfect to sit outside on the patio when the weather is nice. I'll definitely come back here a lot!

The service was SO slow! I ordered a beer, the server came by twice, second time asked if I got the beer. I said no. He disappeared. Still didn’t get the beer.
We order individual pizzas. My sons wanted thin crust. It came out wrong. I order mine minus sausage and Canadian bacon and mushrooms plus banana pepper..it came out wrong and the toppings weren’t distributed evenly on the pizza which I know may be tough on a individual pizza but I digress. They remade it. I asked for it to go. Got it home and it was wrong too. And I paid for it. I should have checked before we left but it took us 30 mins to get the pizzas then another 15 for the correct ones. We were over it and my kids already went to the car. Maybe next time we will do take out.
Staff was nice. Colonial Gardens has a cool setup, especially if you sit outside. The pizza we ordered was literally half cooked; one side was good, the other was pale and doughy. There must be something wrong with their oven. Their Preston location is excellent.
Parking: Sometimes the shared Colonial Gardens parking lot fills up, but parking down Kenwood is a short walk and safe.

We ordered a large pizza and the garlic bread appetizer. The bread could use a pinch more garlic for my liking. The pizza was generous in toppings. Recommended.
