Ordered 10/28 around 6:45 and was treated like trash. Soon as I walked in I clicked “Im here and waited patiently.” Then it all took a turn, 1st the manager with glasses was being rude with a DoorDash driver asking for a receipt. Then when a groups of teenagers came in she told her staff not to serve them they were laughing and being kids. After 7 mins I asked about my order she got real snotty and was mumbling under her breath. She had another girl make my order while she was standing to the side hitting her vape talking trash in ear shot about the “morning managers.” And how she will be the boss soon if she gets her way. I have to be honest I’ve had some meh times since this store opened but this time has me never wanting to come back at all. This girl had a terrible attitude, treated every customer poorly and was actually kinda rude to her staff. GET A NEW NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER!!! Also the store reeked of
Marijuana like bad.

We already placed an order online just to be told that they were out of to of two out of four cookies that we ordered and the cookies it self looks like it was thrown together carelessly, and we also have a big six pack box just for four cookies. Not the service we come to expect from crumble cookie.Not sure if it's the location but very disappointed ?
