My chicken salad was good but I wasn't given enough dressing to dress my salad. So when has your restaurant stop giving a free blizzard when they don't turn it upside down because if so I am owed 2 Lg. Blizzards because they have not been as thick as they usually are. Pretty much my food is 100% always good at this very cute location I have here recently had two bad experiences with customer service horrible

This place is seriously hit or miss. Very difficult to get good service on the weekends. Let me emphasize that it's usually the second shift crew!!! I've never had much of an issue during the week. It's a shame because of the location this is in. You would hope with all the customers it gets it would be better than what it is. Please do better dq!! It's almost worth it just to drive the extra few miles to go to the one in prospect.

Right as we drove up, a huge line formed after us. The employee handed me out a very melted blizzard. It was melting all down the cup. He did not (obviously) turn it upside down and gave us no napkins. We asked for another one and napkins. He obliged, then looked at us funny, we told him we had one more blizzard coming and he seemed shocked. He asked what kind and we told him.He was trying but the melted blizzard was not good business.
