I really enjoyed this cocktail lounge right in the heart of the Highlands on Bardstown Road. Drinks were fairly priced, well-crafted and the crowd was relaxed and pleasant. I like that they use non-mainstream brands for their drinks. Good atmosphere, lively & fun crowd, will definitely come back.

Went on a Tues night before a concert and service was very poor. Walked in and stood at the bar for a very long time with female bartender’s back to us the whole time playing on her phone. She eventually greeted us but then turned back around. There were maybe 6 whole people in the establishment. The holiday drink specials were awful. And the smell of the place was heavy with bleach or some kind of cleaning agent. Didn’t finish our drinks and ended up going to Neat down the road

I went to Darlings this past weekend for my 21st birthday after waiting to go for a couple years of driving past it. The decor inside is beautiful and the drinks are great. My favorite drink was a lemon drop martini (not on the menu) and it was phenomenal. The bartender was friendly and the ambience was great. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I swung by darling's to celebrate putting an offer in on a home. I had the best gimlet I've ever had, and I was intrigued by all of the other gin cocktail options. I'll have to try a different one next time. I was wearing shorts, which was fine, But the overall vibe does seem like a little bit dressier than that. We will definitely be back.
