Dave & Buster's Louisville

We had a great time.. by it being football season they have all games playing even have short bingo games in between commercials. They have plenty tvs. Our server Fatima is always on point and attentive.

We had an excellent time celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at Dave & Buster's. The waitress was exceptionally nice and helpful. The food was way better than I expected. The atmosphere was perfect as always. Overall, it was perfect!

Hunter, who helped with games and questions, was amazing! He was so friendly and never made us feel like we were bugging him!
Fatima helped us with food and drink (and I got a recommendation for a small handheld fan!) Super sweet and attentive.
We are here from out of town and this Dave and Busters is so clean and people are so nice!!

Fantastic! The waiter was amazing I don't remember his name but tall bald guy.... Got everything right... And there was like 15 of us... He also let us keep our table while we played and refilled our drinks after we ate and played.... It was clean the restrooms were clean and all games were working.... If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

I would not recommend. At least a 3rd of the games are broken or steal your money. There is no staff in the arcade area but the person at the prize desk. He seemed really unhappy and didnt really want to help. Was annoyed when I asked for help buying a card and help with redeeming prizes. We spent $50 and my little one came home with 4 prizes. 2 poppers, a bouncy ball, and a little squishy sling shot.

This place recently remodeled, especially the gaming area. I barely recognized it when I walked in. Major upgrades. Very very nice. I hung out in the dining area by myself while a couple teenagers I was chaperoning did their thing with the games. Workers made sure I had everything I needed and answered dumb questions I had. My niece loves when I take her here, and when she brings a friend it's a nice place to hang back and relax. Before the recent upgrades I would have said 3 star cause a lot of games just didn't work, but now this place is one of the best arcades in Louisville.

Dave& Buster's is always expensive but the loaded barbacoa fries were to die for the bartender. Went light on the drinks but hey they got to get their money someway

Festive atmosphere & good food & friendly, attentive service; not ideal for a business lunch w/conversation due to volume of surrounding (music & activities) Would be a great venue to view sports with others
