Took the kids there to play, it was my first time at a Dave and Busters and I can't wait to go one day without the kids lol

Super fun place for families. The drinks and appetizers were phenomenal, coupled with with friendly service made for the perfect dining experience! Will definitely be coming back!

This was hopefully the only bad experience I'll ever have at a D&B because I will not be returning to this location. I had planned a birthday for my co-worker where we would see a movie then have some fun here. Conveniently located next door to the theater. We wanted food first and the server was just sitting at a table talking it up with someone on the phone. It took her about 10 minutes to even ask us if we wanted drinks. We ordered finally and the food took 45 minutes to arrive. There were other servers available so I don't know why she had to serve us, especially since she was on the phone the entire time spouting profanities left and right. She dropped 3 n-words in her conversation while she was taking our payment. My co-worker and I were extremely uncomfortable by this, as a retail worker myself, this behavior would have been unnacceptable. It dug into the time we had left and made it difficult for me to enjoy myself as I was there. I guess 10% service ethic is better than none, right?

My boyfriend and I stopped in to kill time before a concert. We had never been to a Dave & Buster's before. We came for the games. We weren't disappointed. It was a lot of fun.

I like Dave and Busters, always have. I understand the push to try to get more people involved in making a football watch party, but this season the hostess is far too chatty over the loudspeaker seeming like she just likes to hear herself speak. She does this during audio breaks of the main game that’s playing over the speakers, but for viewers of other games, this gets really annoying. I like the idea, it could be executed better and less interruptive, but I can easily see people choosing to go somewhere else for football viewing rather quickly.
