All I can say is I will not go here again. My fiance and friends and I came here and ended up waiting 30 minutes before being served. And after we ordered we sat there for an hour waiting on food. Our other friend showed up late and our server never came back to take her order. We ended up leaving without getting our food. What made it worse is there was hardly any other customers there.

I know that I shouldn't expect much from Denny's, but I did expect this to be better. Maybe I'm remembering how they were 30 years ago. My son ordered a mac and cheese dish that had "brisket" on top. The mac was absolutely kraft mac, the brisket was overcooked, looked dry and did not fall apart like it should've. My meal was so bad that I've since forgotten what I ordered.Two enthusiastic thumbs down.

Our seats in our booth were ducktaped. Our waiter was very unattentive and got the order wrong. Also I ordered the banana chocolate chip pancakes but the waiter didn't mention they were out of bananas. Employees were playing loud rap music from the kitchen. This was my first time and my last time ever visiting this horrible location.

I HAVE to hate and get on here and complain.I ordered DoorDash from dennys and I ordered two meals. I DID NOT. receive all my food. I ordered food around 2 AM. And when I received it it wasn’t all there. So with that being said I called dennys and told them that I ordered food and you guys didn’t put everything inside the bag. And the lady told me that not my problem and they can’t do Anything about it. The lady on the phone was broke EXTERMELY RUDE TO ME. I asked to speak with a manager and she got an attitude with me over the phone and said her manager isn’t going to talk to me. I said well I’ll wait to speak with her. And she said she’s not speaking with you tonight you can call back in the AM and speak with the GM.It really makes me upset not ONLY was we hungry. But I just hate when you order food and you don’t recive it all. It’s not MY fault that they didn’t put all my food in the bag for the door dash guy. Door dash DOESNT control that. They pick up the food and drop it off THATS ALL. So the fact that I was rudely spoken too makes me upset. And I don’t even want a re fund I was JUST TRYING TO FEED MY SICK GRANDPA. sooooo extremely sad that the world is still like this. This was my first time ordering for dennys. I will NEVER be ordering from there again. very very very VERY BAD COUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!!! GET IT TOGETHER. ! .

Ordered Door Dash from here breakfast. Just left out half my order. What a disaster. Called the manager and she wanted me to come to store. Why do you think I ordered from Door Dash? What a joke. Terrible low IQ morons working here.

I do NOT recommend this place. Some of the food was good and some was not. My husband's mash potatoes were cold and lumpy, his country fried steak was greasy. He never got his salad until we were about to leave and we asked for the 4th time. He has to take it to go, because we were done eating. My daughter ordered the Mac and cheese with brisket, the Mac and cheese was the cheap kraft and looked nothing like the picture in the menu. Maybe 10 customers in the restaurant including us. The bathroom was not clean, had an odor and were out of paper towels. I will not return. This place was awesome back in the day, but it's gone down hill.

I wish zero stars was an option!!!!! Set over an hr waiting on food ( we're the only table in here) only half our food came. The server has no clue what's happening. Do not go here! Update about 1/4th of our meal was missing/ wrong. And the cherry on the cake after asking for our milk shake for the 3rd time a dishwasher made it with a cigarette in his mouth. The checks were all wrong. And all the manager would say is "well he's new" if he's so new why was no one checking with him or behind him? And why get an attitude when we ask politely for the rest of our stuff? Never will I go here again I wish I ha looked at all the other 1 star reviews on here before going.

On our arrival into Kentucky not much was open for a sit down restaurant and it was very late! We decided to take a chance at Denny’s since it was the only place open! The area around this chain was a bit seedy and the parking lot could be cleaned, trash everywhere, but when we walked in the place was quiet and clean, a bit worn out, but the service was great and the food was well made, our waitress was very kind and helpful! I wish I would have taken pictures but it was late and we were starving! I had the Cali Club Sandwich with seasoned fries, the best ever, and my partner had a Veggie Omelette! We were very satisfied with our choice to come here!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in easy out
